Free Shipping Event?

Free Shipping applies only to Ground Shipping (your order arrives in 5-7 business days). The qualifying amount excludes taxes and must be met by final total after all discounts are applied. If you choose to upgrade your delivery during a Free Shipping Event, you will only be charged the difference in amounts between standard shipping and the level you choose to upgrade to.
These shipping options are available for U.S. destinations only (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Do you ship on Saturday?

No. Ground and 2Day orders ship Monday through Friday. Standard Overnight deliveries can be upgraded to Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery for an additional $12.50 if you order on Friday by 3pm EST (on phone orders only).

It's Friday. Can I get my order in time for the weekend?

Is it 3pm Eastern Time yet? Quick! Get on the phone, dial 1-866-542-7283 and place your order. Specify Priority Overnight plus Saturday Delivery. For an additional $12.50 for Saturday Delivery, FedEx will get your order to you by Saturday!

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing
  • We cannot guarantee Overnight orders placed after 3pm EST for next day delivery
  • Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • USPS deliveries (to APO/FPO addresses only) occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays

Are rates the same for Hawaii and Alaska?

No. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx. Please note that Standard Overnight delivery is not an option for Hawaiian or Alaskan addresses. For shipping rates to U.S. territories, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-542-7283.

Does Studio OneUp ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! All products ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) to APO and FPO address. Expect 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Please note, 2Day and Standard Overnight delivery options are not available for APO/FPO addresses.

What are shipping rates in Canada?

All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Ground, which include all shipping charges, plus any brokerage fees, duties and applicable taxes that relate to your order. (That means no surprise charges.) Please note that 2Day and Standard Overnight delivery are not options for Canadian addresses because of Customs clearance.

Orders to Canada will arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

What are shipping rates on international orders?

Because shipping rates vary so widely from country to country, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 770-246-6400 or by e-mail at sales@foamlabs.com for a shipping quote to your country of residence. Learn more about international orders.

In addition, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination. You will be responsible for any additional charges for Customs clearance. Because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we suggest that you contact your local Customs office for further information or call 1-866-542-7283 ext. 2504 for a duty and tax estimate.

NOTE: When ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of your country of residence.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been processed, including an order number, a shipping date and a tracking link to the UPS website.

UPS will also send e-mails to notify you when your package ships and delivers. To check the status of your order, click the tracking link provided in your confirmation e-mail or click here (with your order number handy).

What if my package doesn't arrive when it's supposed to?

Sometimes a package is not delivered because of weather delays or acts of nature. We cannot refund shipping for these reasons. Additionally, if we are given an inaccurate address or there is an address correction, delivery may be delayed.

If your order appears late, remember:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing
  • Standard Overnight orders placed after 3pm EST are processed the following day
  • Saturday is not a normal delivery day for UPS unless Saturday Delivery has been added
  • Orders to Canada and international orders are subject to Customs clearance

What if no one's home when the package comes?

Don't worry! In the event that you are not at home, the package may be left at your residence or office. Any packages that are lost due to it being left at your address may be your responsibility. Sometimes, however, the package will not be left if the driver deems that the package could be in jeopardy if left at that specific address. If you would like to sign for your package, please specify "Signature Required" when you order.
