What is my new Jaxx® made of?

We began with a high caliber, high-density , polyurethane foam core (what we call the Eco Foam), which spent months being designed, engineered and tested to meet our standards. (Yes, testing was the most fun part of the process.) The result is a perfect balance of firm support (two moving bodies need plenty of that) and plush cushioning.

How do I care for my Jaxx® Bean Bag?

All Jaxx covers are stain-resistant and easy-as-pie to clean. The sensuous cover zips right off and washes up like a pair of jeans (in cold water). Your Jaxx will last you a long, long time.

Is my purchase guaranteed?

We are committed 100 percent to your positive shopping experience and thorough enjoyment of your Jaxx Bean Bag! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of shipment for an exchange or a prompt refund. If your merchandise fits these criteria, and you've been issued a Return Authorization Number, please ship it pre-paid in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice and RMA number.

How do I make a return?

All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department. To obtain approval, simply contact us via e-mail at service@studiooneup.com or toll free at 1-866-542-7283 and explain the reasons for your return.

Our friendly customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and confirm the shipping and credit details at that time. Please note that the RMA confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail for your records.

How do I receive a refund?

Once we receive your return and determine that it complies with our Returns Policy, we will promptly refund the cost of the merchandise plus any applicable taxes. We do not issue credit for shipping and handling charges unless you were sent an incorrect or defective product.

We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited to the credit card that you used to make your purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

How do I receive an exchange?

For a merchandise exchange, the returned items (once received) will be credited to your credit card less shipping and handling charges. Your replacement order will be charged to your credit card and processed in accordance with our current pricing policy.

Hey! I think I got charged twice! What's going on?

Ah, sounds like you used a debit card. Don't worry, this is what's happening: When you purchase with a debit card, an authorization is made from your bank for the transaction amount. (This is a check to make sure you do indeed have those funds in the account. Remember a debit card does not work like a credit card.) Next your bank places a hold on the funds in anticipation of receiving the actual withdrawal. But Studio OneUp won't charge you until your order ships, so you will see an authorization, then several days later you'll see an actual charge. You are NOT being charged twice.

In the event that your order is cancelled, all you have to do is call your bank and request an immediate release of any holds on your account.
