With 150 employees in Atlanta, GA Studio OneUp™ is a vertically integrated manufacturer and brand designer encompassing the entire product cycle from initial concept through fulfillment. Our core competencies include:

Design + Development

We’ll match your design or start from scratch providing preproduction samples and prototypes for your approval.

Your foam parts are created in AutoCAD. We begin with your drawing, actual product and/or existing CAD file to create a preproduction sample. We work with all types of urethane and memory foam in assorted IFD’s and densities from major manufacturers.

Your fabric parts (if required) are drawn and/or graded in Lectra® Formaris® pattern making software: We design furniture & pillows, furnishings, bedding, some apparel and a wide variety of industrial applications including camping, automotive, medical, health care, OEM and marine.

Lectra® Diamino® is used for cost efficient marker making with minimal waste.

Use our fabrics or supply your own. We stock a substantial quantity of the following accessories and over a million yards of fabrics:

If you choose to supply your own fabrics, we will store them by lot and supply monthly inventory cycle counts.

Warehousing + Fullfillment

Studio OneUp™ is housed in a modern 135,000sf manufacturing facility in the Doraville/Norcross area just outside the city of Atlanta. We have many customers that we provide turnkey distribution, order picking and fulfillment using advanced web based software designed specifically for the direct response industry.

Branding + Identity

Some of our customers refer to us an ad agency that just happens to be a manufacturer. It’s true. It’s an unusual combination, but for some, it allows them to do what they do best while we do the rest.
