Foam
We manufacture high grade furniture products in our own US factory located in Atlanta, Georgia. Our ozone-friendly, non-carcinogenic polyurethane foam is composed of up to 10 percent soy—an all-natural, renewable resource provided by nature. Our foam products also conform to California Technical Bulletin 117.

Repurposed materials
Polyurethane foam is trimmed to create our furniture products; however, we do not discard the waste. Instead, we repurpose thousands of pounds of foam daily, preventing it from entering the land fills. Our leftover foam is either shredded to create foam filling for our contemporary beanbags, or it is sent to carpet mills to be used as underpadding. Our repurposed foam can be used for 20 years, prolonging the life of a recycled product.

Fabrics
We offer eco-friendly fabrics derived from natural fibers such as cotton. We also offer products covered in faux leather and microsuede as alternatives to using real animal skins.

Packaging
All of our cartons are made from recycled materials and are 100 percent recyclable.

Freight
Our items are vacuum packed before shipping which is cost efficient and environmentally friendly. The smaller packages take up less space in the delivery trucks, in effect reducing the use of gasoline by increasing the amount of items that can be shipped out at one time.

Technology
We employ innovative technology and machinery in an effort to reduce material waste and increase efficiencies throughout the manufacturing process.

Made in the USA
Our products are made here in the USA. Buying items produced in the USA reduces the ecological footprint left by overseas freight.
